The terms for using Fajr.club.

1. Agreement

Fajr.club is operated by PI MAKALLION LLP. By creating an account, purchasing access, joining a challenge, or using Fajr.club, you enter into an agreement with PI MAKALLION LLP and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.

2. The service

Fajr.club provides a behavioral accountability service that may include prayer-time setup, scheduled wake-up calls, telephone confirmation, retries, accountability-partner escalation, Fajr proof logging, streak tracking, community access, and challenge completion records.

Fajr.club is not a religious authority, emergency service, medical service, alarm guarantee, or substitute for your own alarms, judgment, worship, safety planning, or personal responsibility.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Do not share OTPs, attempt to access another account, manipulate proof, or interfere with calls, queues, payment systems, or security controls.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, threaten, spam, or place unauthorized calls.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or private information in the community.
• We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of these terms.

4. Telephone and accountability partner consent

You authorize Fajr.club and its telephone providers to send verification messages and place automated or recorded wake-related calls to the numbers you provide.

You may add an accountability partner only after obtaining their permission to receive OTPs or escalation calls related to your participation. You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of every number you submit.

Carrier, SMS, telephone, roaming, or data charges may apply according to the recipient's provider.

5. Challenge rules

Challenge status, streaks, and completion are determined by the rules shown in the product, including timing windows and proof requirements. Submitted proof must be genuine, current, and associated with your own Fajr completion.

Proof, streaks, levels, and completion records are private accountability mechanics. They are not a religious judgment, a measure of sincerity, or evidence of a person's standing before Allah.

Calls can fail because of device settings, carrier restrictions, network conditions, provider outages, invalid numbers, or other circumstances beyond our control. You remain responsible for waking and offering Fajr.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices, currency, taxes, included services, and billing type are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments or another displayed payment provider. You authorize the provider to charge the selected payment method.

The challenge may be presented using a US-dollar reference price while the exact Cashfree billing amount is shown and charged in Indian rupees. The current reference price is US$19.99 and the current billing amount is ₹2,000, before any valid offer discount.

Offer codes may be limited by account, date, redemption count, currency, or minimum order amount. They have no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be withdrawn before use. The final payable amount is shown before payment.

7. Cancellation policy

You may request cancellation before a paid challenge begins by emailing hi@fajr.club from the email address associated with your account.

Once a challenge has started, you may end it through the product's protected challenge-ending flow. Ending an active challenge marks it failed and stops future scheduled calls after the cancellation is processed. Already initiated calls or provider messages may still complete.

Unless the checkout page expressly identifies a recurring subscription, challenge purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

8. Refund policy

A full refund is available when a paid cancellation request is received before the challenge has started.

After the challenge starts, payments are generally non-refundable because telephone, verification, scheduling, infrastructure, and challenge services begin immediately. Not answering calls, missing Fajr, failing the challenge, changing your mind, providing an incorrect number, or experiencing a device or carrier restriction does not by itself qualify for a refund.

If Fajr.club is unable to activate the paid service because of a verified fault within our systems, you may request a full or proportionate refund within seven calendar days of payment. We may ask for information needed to investigate the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take five to ten business days after approval, depending on the payment provider and bank.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

9. Community content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Fajr.club a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the community. We may remove content or restrict community access where reasonably necessary.

10. Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, address provider changes, or improve operations. We do not guarantee that every call, OTP, prayer-time response, location result, or notification will be delivered without interruption or error.

11. Intellectual property

The Fajr.club name, design, software, content, challenge structure, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Fajr.club. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Fajr.club does not guarantee that you will wake, answer, pray, maintain a streak, complete a challenge, or receive every communication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fajr.club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the service. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected challenge, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.

Before filing a claim, contact hi@fajr.club and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
